Small business management: basic accounting, inventory, shipping, customer service, etc. Communicating effectively with clients to help them achieve their goals. Design products, buy paper and press supplies, print stationery, and clean the press and shop. Design, manage, and teach clients to manage their own web sites.

Brand identity for the workshop and seasonal logo designs, posters, programs, and other promotional work. Create blog, manage content, teach other directors to use it. Document the workshop with photography and video throughout the course of the season. Maintain social media presence.

Assistant Director, Manhattan Experimental Theater Workshop: Manhattan, KS; 2006, 2009-2014

Teach avant-garde theater techniques and history to high school students. Guide students in writing and staging their own original pieces of theater. Assist with technical aspects of show (painting, set construction, etc.). Visit the high school, giving presentations about the workshop, and recruit students.
